Together, as Knepper & Stratton, they are a powerful team to have on your side. Knepper & Stratton are members of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Delaware Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar, National Employment Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. What does that mean to you? It means that we know the law and we know how to litigate for a successful result.

Friendly Atmosphere / Realistic Approach

Our main office location is on “Lawyers Row” in Wilmington, DE, and is a convenient to the courthouse. We consult with our clients at that location, or by appointment at our Newark or Dover offices. In certain cases we will even come to your home or the hospital if you’re unable to travel. When we meet and discuss the initial facts of your case, you can count on us to give you the reality of the situation. If you have got a great case, we will let you know. If your case is tenuous or weak, we will tell you that as well.

Do not wait. Call or contact us during the day, evening or weekend. We provide a free initial consultation except for employment law matters.
